    Default William Hill Lose Trademark Infringement Court Case

    Seeing as this is the forum for unethical behaviour. I felt it only right I post this here.

    Ed Ware contacted me just under an hour ago, with news that 32Red have won their Trademark Infringment case against William Hill Online.

    Remember that Casino Pays Casino, 32Vegas. Well the High Court has ruled that 32Vegas infringed 32Red's trademark rights.

    Full details below. But this sets a fantastic precedent and hopefully will deter those companies who want to profit on the back of others hard work and good name.
