There has been an upswing for casinos that does not have any registration requirements but instead instant play for players where they can play and withdraw at any time without the hassle of registration.

I was just wondering if these casinos have any affiliate programs or if they only rely on other traffic streams.

They sound dodgy to me, if they don't care where the funds are coming from I wouldn't trust an affiliate program with them.

also there would be no way of attaching it to an affiliate account if the player came back to play at a later date so commission would be one off.

Endless must-be-filled sign up fields with no opportunity even to spin in demo mode, saw it many times. I don't wanna sound immodest, but it takes under 15 seconds to sign up and be able to deposit in any of our casinos. Only few fields has to be filled. And there must be provided full data to identify the player before he withdraws. Having no KYC policy at all is quite unsafe because company has to understand whom do they pay out. I'm sure a reputable brand would do KYC anyway. So it might be something that has to make you think twice.

The KYC complience requirements is being fetched from the payment provider. I believe PayPal have this service. the customer would need a verified payment account at PayPal (or other payment solution) in order to proceed to sign up at any of these casinos.
