Hello! I started working with Casiplay Casino in February 2021. They offered a nice hybrid deal. We sent them traffic through their websites. Last Friday, March 19, 2021, we started wondering why players don’t come through the system. We did a great ad for the hairdresser and got 11 customers who all deposited as a new player. Players did not come through the program. I asked Casiplay about it. Suddenly they said we had committed illegal traffic and said they would give us more information that has never come. we advertised them normally on our website and they were also aware that we were doing a twitch of tv traffic. I have several screenshots on Skype where I discussed the matter with them, but I do not get any more information from them why our traffic would have been illegal.

Whatever the situation might be, the fact is that you brought them in new players (that is correct isn't it? The reason I'm asking you that is because you say that they did not come through the program and this has got me confused) and you have a commission deal with them. It's their duty to get back to you with more information regarding the matter as they told you they would. It's the least they can do.

I worked with them and last month we got to do well with the players (though the payouts haven’t come yet) We started to wonder why the players didn’t come through and we did a big promotion and got those 11 players who contacted us because they had some problems with the casino. This let us know their email address.

In my opinion, Hybrid or even CPA is never a good idea.

While I find it strange that they don't exactly name the reason for the termination ("fraudulent activity"), and while I have not worked with them, I give them the benefit of the doubt, because: if you would have brought them good quality traffic, why should they stop working with you after you've brought them 11 customers? If the quality was good, they'd approach you to bring more traffic and increase the current deal!?

Thats why I post this issues here. Dont work with them! Hope I some day get my money out there

In my opinion, Hybrid or even CPA is never a good idea.

Yes problems only appear if people have CPA Deals.

The problem is that at least 50% of people who specifically want a CPA deal always try to cheat a bit. Understandably, the affiliate programs are very careful.


They should give you an explanation of exactly where the problem is and why they consider your traffic as "fraud"

I worked only with Hybrid or cpa and I do this for living and never ever no one casinos said that I did Fraud traffic. And in this case they dont even tell me what I did wrong
What I can say? Scam is a scam

so they took your players and banned you? typical of a scamming affiliate network. Anyways let your players know not to play at casiplay casino brands.
