Default Catena Media selling off more assets?

This morning, Catena Media announced it has appointed Carnegie Bank to advise on a potential sale of the company’s remaining assets.

The statement said third parties have “shown interest in acquiring other assets as part of this process and the group continues to evaluate the divestment of such.”

    From the press release:

As announced on 15 December 2022, third parties have shown interest in acquiring other assets as part of this process, and the group continues to evaluate the divestment of such. During these discussions, third parties have also shown interest in acquiring all the remaining assets of the group in a strategic transaction or through a public tender offer for the group.

So far, the board of directors of Catena Media has received no firm or indicative bids for the group or any of its assets.
Earier this month, Gaming Innovation Group signed an agreement to acquire casino affiliate websites Askgamblers.com, Johnslots.com, Newcasinos.com and several smaller domains from Catena Media for a total consideration of €45 million.

What's the NAV of Catena's assets, anyone know?

There's some big sales going on and the market cap is only 130m Euros - that GIG deal is worth 45m on its own...

How many websites do they still own? Is there a list of all brands?

I remember trying to leave a negative review about a certain well known huge UK company that likes to take what they like off their affiliates. However my review was declined, as it did not suit their agenda. Clearly not interested in real user experience, more concerned about who is paying the most.

Seems like the rats are leaving the sinking ship.

When AE (affiliate Edge) went rogue, Askgamblers.com and such, were still marketing these scum bags. I believe a number of affiliates with clout made contact with Catena Media (head office) and enlightened them about these crooks.

I can't be 100% sure, but I don't think they yanked them. These industry juggernauts don't care, unless, it's their bottom line which suffers.

Catena Media always was very open about what they are: a company that generates leads.

That maybe so but when ethics are side-stepped for profit, and crooks painted like angels, there's no excuse for dodgy behaviour.
