CBG Affiliate Weekend 2014 Update Thread

Hi Guys
I just wanted to make a public post to let you know that our 7th Annual event will be July 25th -July28 this year.As we are only 18 days away the room block at Hilton has been sold out but the Four Points By Sheraton is a lower rate and is connected to both the casino and the Hilton Hotel.Since we have guest badges if you do not stay in the Hilton Hotel you will still have access to all of our events.
If you have not registered by now you really need to as in next few days we are doing the final numbers for our meals and we will have limited flexibility to add to this once we submit them.
We are booking the Jet Boat for Sunday afternoon ,I will be doing a email blast about this in a couple days and cut off for Jet Boat Registration is July 11(in only 4 days!)

IT sounds like it's going to be a great event Judy.
I did some preliminary exploration in how to get there from here - but the timings just didn't fit into the schedule ...

LOL Martyn that would be cruel, only 4 days until the fun begins! Restaurants all booked ,entertainment and venues all locked down and fun bunch of sponsors on board so will be a great fun weekend. Shutting down registration in less than 72 hours guys and have heard from some managers about certain people coming but have yet to register so please make sure you tie up that loose end!
