Chargeback from winning player?

Here is the story. Player signs up and deposits a total of about 1K. Player goes on to win around 5K and is not seen again. Now, two months later I see a chargeback from this player. The chargeback amount roughly equals his total deposits. Can't tell for sure if it's the same amount because he deposited in another currency and the exchange rate has probably fluctuated quite a bit in the meantime.

Has it ever happened to you that a winning player does a chargeback?

Yes.. had a guy win 8k after depositing 4k and charged it back either was shaved "hard to prove" or hi lost his winnings else where and needed to start again
