It's all about the number and quality of traffic you are able to refer.
I have websites where signup comes for tens of thousands of clicks. Of course it varies greatly. However even my very targetted niche does not have ratio clicks/signups 10/1. However 10/1 signups/new depositors is very poor. It is most of the time around 2/1.
But indeed, all is about quality of traffic (which does not mean low quality does not pay off!). The problem here is that most people think that gambling affiliate does pay off only on crappy gambling affiliate portals = MFA's.
I agree it is pointless to ask for average. It just distorts the vision. Generally speaking: send one good sharp player to Pinnaclesports and you can retire and live happy middle class life until you die in 94 in Florida, making more than 100's players at Bet365 (who are of course very good).
Generally it has much more value to do something that the other people do not do. Other people's figures are therefore irrelevant (they are irrelevant also because nobody here can and want to describe what and how exactly they do what they do). If you want to copy other people's projects and figures, it is better to go to 9 to 5 job.
Find a market gap and fill it. To find the market gap is the important part. The good numbers then will come automatically.
