Cherry acquires ComeON Malta Ltd

Trading on the Cherry stocks (Cherry AB ser.B) were halted last friday due to Cherry negotiating a large acquisition. Today Cherry announced that they have acquired 49 percent of the shares in ComeOn Malta Ltd with an option to acquire the rest later.

ComeOn runs several casino and betting sites, so this is quite a big take over.
