Does anyone know if she still works there? I've sent her numerous emails and got no replies. Interestingly I did get an email from someone in their sales team pitching me to promote, and didn't seem to be aware that I already have an affiliate account with them. But when I replied to her about my request, she unsurprisingly didn't respond either.

She is there, at least as of last week. They have off Fridays and Saturdays, I bet you get a response from her tomorrow.

Oh and tell her about someone contacting you. Use to happen to me also and once I finally said something she got my name off of some list and it hasnt happened since.
