If there is one, that shouldn't work the way you want it to work. I guess it is wise to hire human brains to compose highly converting ads and submit them to a list of ad sites as well than finding a kind of automated ad submitter with nothing but sham ballyhoo.

I highly suggest AGAINST using crap like this.

Classified ads are fine.....if you are SELLING something....but few large classified sites get enough traffic of real buyers that make it worthwhile.

Often finding niche classified sites is better. If you are selling household goods, try to find ad sites that deal mostly in household type ads and have traffic and information relating to that niche.

Using classified sites strictly to get a link is often not recommended since Google and other engines understand that links from totally unrelated generic classified sites carry little value, so why should they give you any benfit for the link.
