Closure of Thrills Affiliates (?)

I just notice that their affiliate program is no longer accessible and looks like it's closed.

Did anyone received an email about this closure and can share details?

Sad story , seems like a turnkey solution.

One of those moment, we are used to it. Hopefully you have not lost big incom or big amount or already referred players.

Thrills along with the other GIG brands were purchased by Betsson Group a while ago. They sent out communications when they were doing the migration to Betsson Group Affiliates

I did some digging looks like they transferred to Betsson.. it's a shame I was not in the loop for this migration..

They did send a few emails out about it last year and the accounts were migrated over to betsson (I think, hard to keep count of all the betsson accounts these days).

When Betsson bought them they pulled Thrills out of the UK so we stopped promoting them, or they pulled out of the UK and then Betsson bought them, I don't remember which way around.

We had an email in November 2020 saying that Betsson were migrating the brands over to their platform and that the old links would stop working by Jan 2021.

What a pain in the neck, ocreditor. There's some more bad news regarding (Betsson/Betsafe) them cutting off players living in Canada.

Yes, now out of rizk/guts/thrills only Rizk accepts UK.

Tbh we basically just assume that once betsson gets hold of a brand they'll eventually bin off the UK. Has happened to almost every brand that we promoted that they've acquired...

It was always a pleasure working with the team from Gig/Thrills etc. Takeovers will only continue unfortunately.
