In the short-term, we will replace all the old banners in the Media Gallery with a logo, and then replace them with CMA-compliant banners as and when they become available.
Any affiliates who are hosting banners or other promotional materials themselves should contact their account manager and request new materials. If not able to do so, please remove all material until done.
Each offer should have a link to the full Ts & Cs of that specific offer. Full Ts & Cs must always be one click away. Text links are available for each product in the Media Gallery; let us know if you canít find anything.
Affiliates must be compliant by 27.02.2018 at 23:59 UK time.
If you are unable to meet this deadline, please remove all references to any promotions until you are ready.
The William Hill Affiliates Ts & Cs will be updated on 27.02.2018 to reflect the CMA undertakings. No other terms have been changed.
Failure to comply with the above may result in us terminating our agreement with you.

We are going through some big changes due to the new CMA regulation changes.

Key terms need to be visible and inserted around the call to action button on your site.

Visible key terms can be found on any landing pages of our 3 brands.

Attached is an example of visible key terms and where to find them on the LP.

If you have banners, they need to be replaced as well.

All those changes must take place before February 28th.
