Code not working on 120x600 CRed Banner

I was trying to update my banners for Cherry Red this morning and I cannot get the 120x600 Texas Holdem banner to show the code. All others have no problem. It's the first one on the page of the 120x600 banners.

EDIT: I tried to get other sized Texas Holdem banners and none of them are showing the code when I click on the "Get Code" button.
