Commission recalculation late

Hi,

I recently noticed that the commission started appearing much later in bet365 stats. Not only they do not provide almost any detailed information but now they also provide it much later.

Maybe a year ago I always had statistics for yesterday available the next day exactly at 11am GMT. Now sometimes it takes until 5pm GMT or EVEN the day after (stats for Monday appear in Wednesday). This looks very fishy to me.

Coincidentally, I had the same experience with Affiliate Lounge. The commission started appearing later and later - they called it "synchronization" - and eventually I confirmed that they were shaving me (I'm 100% sure, even they confirmed I was right which was kinda funny). So bet365 is yet another program which I do not trust they are completely clear about what they do.

Related: They have Italian licence but they do not want affiliates to promote them in Italy. They are very active in China which is illegal but they do not seem to care.

Bet365 are by far my best program, I trust them more than many, many others.

You don't trust them because sometimes they don't show stats until a bit later in the day? Do you think theres someone sitting there manually removing commission on your account for 6 hours??
that's ridiculous, if you don't trust bet365 then you are going to have trouble with any other program

I haven't noticed the delay in stats - but then I'm half a world away - so I really don't notice smaller changes as long as the stats are there a day behind is good enough for me.

The Italian situation is a wee bit strange I agree. I assume it's because they are Italian licensed and paying extra fees that they do not think that there is anything left to share with affiliates? We simply do not send Italian players there - specifically stop them via geo-route.

I trust bet365 - even if their AM staff are getting younger and younger (and less and less effective) - it is still a valuable affiliate program for affiliates with UK (and some) European traffic.

As others have said Bet365 is one of the most trustworthy companys out there and thats rare in our field of work (where trust is everything). What do you do all day to notice a 6 hour to 24 hour delay in stats ?
