    Default Commissionkings.ag change to USDT

Just received the following from Commissionkings

    Hello Affiliate Partner,
Be advised in the coming months we will be moving all affiliate crypto payments from BTC to USDT.
This will allow you to transact more seamlessly in cryptocurrencies and not be effected by the volatility of BTC.

Some of the benefits of receiving USDT for your affiliate commissions include:

    • Tether (USDT) is pegged to the US Dollar 1 to 1, often referred to as a stablecoin
    • Tether (USDT) is the largest and one of the most reliable stablecoins on the market
    • BTC is highly-volatile on a day-to-day basis, market value can fluctuate at any moment

We advise you to begin setting up a wallet that is part of the Tether ERC20 network for receiving crypto transfers.

I do not work with them but sounds like good new for everyone. I've always had issues with BTC payments - they take ages and often have associated fees. USDT TRC20 is the best possible option IMO, easy to use, has utility and transactions take minutes.

Of course, there might be downsides (which I am not aware of), but from an "average user's" perspective it's good.

FFS. Very annoying. Why can't they use both, same as programs that use Skrill, Wire Paypal and so on,

I'm thinking the same. They should give affiliates the choice.

Plus it's a bit strange that they offer BTC for players but not for affiliates.

Paying serious money - with all the volatility - through BTC has always been retarded.

    Tether always made sense.

And, it can easily be converted to BTC.

You can more easily transfer it to WBTC inside of the wallet if you wish.

I am more concerned about CK which have very doubtful numbers for one year for me (small minuses around zero all the time)

Interesting. Will check. Although don't fully trust those "backed up" coins.

I have good numbers with CK. didn't see any change the past year. My traffic is casino focused though.

CK converts and delivers an awesome value per player even for sites that send them a nickle-worth's traffic.

Sherlock, you not making any money in 2022 with CK is abnormal.

Good point. That's what I don't understand either. Since both options are readily available, why not use them both and not make a big fuss about it for their affiliates. It's really annoying and dumb.

Yes, BetOnline is fine when it is working for you. I had one experience with them a few years ago over a really huge bunch of apparent chargebacks. While they sorted the situation favorably for me, I was left a little less trusting of them than I had been. In that process it was obvious just how easy it was with click of a button for them to markedly alter the figures. To those who think they can do no wrong, have a bit of healthy cynicism. No betting firms are run by Mother Teresa - and even her reputation has been dragged through the mud . . .

Not a fan of USDT over BTC. Stablecoin, which could collapse at any moment IMO. Where is the proof it is backed 1:1 with USD? And anyway, who the hell wants to be exposed to USD or any fiat?

Maybe I'm being lazy, but I have plenty of BTC, so just swapping my USDT for ETH.

Okay when it comes to trusting BetOnline, let me share my own account.

"Years ago," when I started, I had just signed up for BetOnline's aff and just let it sit there. My site didn't have any traffic. I litterally sent them nothing for years (I would say two to three), and then suddenly when things started picking up, got my first deposit.

The guy played like $10 bucks worth, and then disappeared, only to come back - literally months later - and lose something like $30,000. Mind you I still had that one guy playing there.

And Betonline paid me thousands in commissions for that one person, with only 1 active player.

So, they had zero problems paying thousands for an inactive account.

As for Sherlock, I'm sure he can find out what's going on and CK can probably find out a solution.

There are only two sites I trust blindly, Bovada and BetOnline. Possibly Bookmaker.eu (if you can deliver them good numbers).

I used to make a decent amount of money with CK for a while and never had any nonsense with them. Eventually, things took a turn for the worse and suddenly I'm either in the negative or I would make tiny amounts that would be nowhere near the minimum payment threshold and it would just stay stuck on that same dreadful amount.

It is just this year and I am with them for not so long. The new players are being added each month. So in few months I will see for sure and report.

Exactly as Tufty is saying: nobody is Mother Tereza. And I would add not all errors are intention.

I trust Bovada totally. But what the **** is happening on my Latam sub-account, where month after month someone is depositing 6 figures and cashing out 5 figures, makes 0 sense. If this is a real player, he should have been stopped playing years ago. For me is zero loss, I just have blocked my LATAM account and I am not promoting bovada in Latam for that reason.

Btw. I am just solving fraud on my Binance card. I really appreciate virtual cards for one use more and more (they are not provided by binance sadly).

Yes, I think that's the way to go as I'd favor ETH over some wrapped BTC.

Revolut for example has these virtual disposable CCs.
