    Great blog Louis. There have indeed been a lot of T&Cs changes recently, many of them predatory or at least worthy of affiliates' attention. Many of them are deal breakers for a lot of the affiliates as they end up with the short end of the stick, so it's important for operators to take heed and pay attention to affiliate feedback in response to similar/past changes and the resulting consequences. An ideal situation would be to have them pay attention to the structure of their T&Cs from the start and not have to make drastic changes that will ultimately change the bulk of their business relationships with those who kick start their affiliate programmes from the beginning.
