Bing will be the default search engine on Kindle Fire tablets
Whenever I perform a search, whether on a computer or my phone, I always go to google.com. So I'm not sure how much being the default search engine for anything is worth. That said, it has to be worth something. Because it looks like Bing paid good money to become the default search engine on Kindle Fire tablets. The Kindle Fire, of course, runs a heavily modified version of the Android OS, which is made by Google.

Well I would think that people will just go to the search engine they want to use, that is what I would do. But after my discussion with Buzzy yesterday, it seems I am in the minority when it comes to tech usage. So now I will guess people will use Bing since they are too lazy to do anything that is not laid out for them.

This may give bing more exposure and searches but they still need to improve their search engine

Actually, Buzzy thinks Anthony is in the minority on just about everything.

Well Internet Explorer was set up as my default web browser and I haven't used that in years! Hopefully if people so choose, they can switch it to Google... if not, well it's the internet after all so they can just visit google.com is suppose.

Well I guess Bing is ok for the US but it needs to improve on local markets. They can not beat Google at that at the moment. Maybe if Windows Phone 8 succeeds, Bing gets more promoted and Google fails so miserably with one of its updates that search results are utter crap then Bing can have more success.

These kinds of tactics are not fair and sympethatetic since each and every person in online and offline life has the right to choose freely! So i am against but i assume that people who use kindles will likely use it because of lac-of-alternatives.
