Default Connect To Casino withdrawal problems

One of my player (I didn't know about him and his problem while I launched a new forum). But today I saw my first post in my new forum
    http://www.forum.777-online-gambling...topic.php?t=13

So, I want to ask if anybody have problems with Connect To Casino?

I played ConnectToCasino, and I received from them my wins, but I'm an affiliate also there, and with my wins they sent me my comissions. And that is because the sent money.

So, I want to ask players, who got from them wins?

Connecto have developed quite a reputation for stalling on payments. I blacklisted them from my sites a long long time ago

Policy on all bonuses of 1000% and above

The wagering requirements on all bonuses of 1000% and above are 60 times the amount of the deposit + bonus. The maximum withdrawable amount on such bonuses is half that of the bonus. All remaining funds will be removed from your account once your withdrawal is processed.
So, may be with such rule I'll agree but not sure.

But with such rule I disagree:
BUT you need to have the required playthrough numbers in the 3 games mentioned below before you may request withdrawals:

    The playthrough games are:
All slot machines except real-series video slots
    European Slot Poker
    Keno

Playthrough numbers don't increase when playing any other game.
Multihand Video Poker Games do not count toward meeting the wagering requirements
Interesting, why does a player must play these games, if he doesn't want.
    It's awful!!!!!

    Thumbs up

I realize Connect to has made some improvments, but still their rap sheet is rather long. I personally would not trust them. Its' very much a personal choice just giving my 2 cents.

I agree. I think they have cleaned up their act a ton, but I still don't trust them. Plus their play through rules and max cashouts are ridiculous. There is no point playing there!

Right now I'm with Greek's stand on this.

I the change in management. However, I believe it is too early to start throwing them back on site.

I am going to wait a good 6 months and see.

If at that stage I hear no ill words of their current procedures, then I will re-evaluate my position in re-instating them on my sites.

    Cheers

According to Connect to's About Us page they are operated and owned by APG Enterprises Inc. who also operate that other great online casino known as Black Widow

Barge pole I would still not touch them with.

Rather them than me. It will be a big job turning the reputation of those casinos around. I don't envy the work they have to do this.

That is right, to restore the reputation is the most difficult thing to do. They owe me a few thousands from 2005 and I have contacted their manager "C2C Affiliates" on CAP. There were lots of e-mail, but the result is this:

It is impossible for us to go back before our records since the neteller
account changed when we started. Sadly we can't take responsibility for
stuff prior the new management of the casino, not because we don't want to
but because we don't have such records. To be absolutely honest this is the
first complain we have received, and as much as we trust your word we simply
don't have the documentation to justify such transaction.

The contract we signed with previous ownership stated that there were no
pending transactions and so far yours is the first case to appear. If you
had reach us within the first couple months we might have been able to clear
the situation since we still have personnel from the original company helping
with the transition, but almost a year have passed now and we definitely have
no access to those records today.

I sincerely apologize, and look forward to have you as a part of our strong
future, I believe you can seriously benefit from our upcoming promotions and
our merge with Wager Profits, and affiliate program with a strong reputation
and tons os opportunities for us to earn some serious money together.

    Best Regards,

    Jake.

Thanks them for the e-mail and good luck to promote.

Talk about a glutton for punishment

    bonus-map,

I'm owed a couple of hundred also...I'm sure there are plenty of other owed far more. Unfortunately in the business when the ship sinks there are not too many places that will bail out affiliates (make good on bad debts left by past management).

I think this is a case of having to cut that loose and forget about it.

Personally I won't be marketing either of these places until they prove themselves, maybe I'll look at them in 6 months time and see what's up.

Though these days I'm sticking with being over paranoid, least that way I'm not bending over & giving permission to be shafted.

    Cheers

I didn't read the full discussion. I just want to say that I stopped promoting them several months ago. I removed their links from my site, but last month I had a player, maybe he downloaded the software earlier. And they paid me without any problems. I don't like their only CPA commission model and how they removed Revenue Share.
