Not sure if you found a good solution already, but there are some good websites where you can find translators and writers for Japanese/Korean.
- Crowdworks
- Lancers
Although the site is in Japanese (you can use Google Translate), you can find people who are familiar with iGaming and everything is completed on this site, so it's easy to use.
