Hi,
I found a website which is copying the structure and content from my website.
This "smart" guy isn't copying the whole content, but there is a good similarity between my pages and his pages.
Actually he's copying the best part of many italian websites...
I sent him an email to scare him a bit, waiting for its answer.
I also contacted my cpays manager (this lame is working only with them) and their answer was: "he's a new guy in this business, he works hard every day... "

Which of your sites are affected?
I think it's harder to defend against someone using your "structure". With so many templates around it's hard to make a solid case.

It's even hard to defend against copywrite infringement.

http://www.casino2k.com was affected, the guy has been scared enough and started removing the stolen content.
He copied the bonus section ( http://www.casino2k.com/bonus-casino ) changing some words and sentences order.
By "structure copying" I meant he copied all my bonus left menu, changing only items order...
Now he has also created a forum, I suggested him to change colors.. Or our forums will seem the same one...
