The articles that were copied were published on article sites, not your own?

And what terms are those articles pubished under? Some article sites have terms that allow the content to be copied.

I understand that you may not want to hear that, but your articles may have been published under terms that allow copying.

Sorry, i misunderstood, i assumed someone had taken the content off your site. Obviously a little more complicated, i'd still weigh up the time you would invest in sorting this out vs the return and see if that prescious time would be better spent on exploring more fruitful avenues

If you've posted them on article sites, and the person has copied from there it is usually allowed, providing they don't alter the article, or remove the autho credit or links from within it. If they copy it and replace links with their own, send them a take down notice. I've had to do this a few times, and usually it works.

i use every time copyscape.com to see if i have something like other site, if that site copied more than 5 % of your content i suggest u to write to the owner of the site or blog first to warn him. And if he don`t respond u in 5 days u write a mail to blogspot and tell your probleme. It`s important because , if the google robot will see that the content is the same maybe you will be in trouble and you site will be banned or moved back in the google ranking.
