Whats the score with the Coral stats? I haven't had mine updated since 10th October and for some reason I can't get a reply from the Coral affiliate department

Shame, it was a lovely response to your PM - But i was only half way through my first cup of tea so that may explain it!

OK, first things: nothing from you in either of those to mailboxes or respective junk files. Did you send them from your usual address? If so, I'll check with IT and I'll make sure it's whitelisted.

Second thing - Yes we do have data display errors that we are working through with IA. All stems from our new Data Warehouse from which we now draw all our aff data. We have boffins in UK and Montreal working full time on this and the latest word is positive but they now need to re-generate files for each of the days from the 11th and that does take some time to do.

If there's anything that we can help you with in the meantime then just give me a shout - maybe via GPWA or Skype till I can confirm that your emails are getting through.

cheers, it might be blocked actually as its an aol addy, had the same problem with europartners before. its the addy in the system, my name etc

I've noticed another stats problem in addition to them not updating, but am assuming it's all related. For players under the 'coral interactive' brand, the commission for all the customers is 0 despite there being positive net revenue.

Just wanted to mention it on the off chance you weren't aware.
