Coral Stats

Does anyone have stats missing from last month. I have the 28th missing. I'm pretty sure there will be more missing when I check through. Wouldn't be surprised if Coral just pretends nobody played those days.

28th looks fine here, I have the 14th missing too though.

The 28th updated yesterday at some point. I also have the 14th missing. Along with what seems my whole month of Gala Bingo stats, which GVC just brushed off, and are admitting no responsibility. I went from 1000s in deposits a month, to something like £15 in deposits. Surprisingly, nothing to do with them.

Sorry for the bump/derail, but I need a 728 x 90 Coral banner.

Not a problem, you would think.

So I logged in and searched. Altogether there are 61 banners that i can see in the back end. Only THREE of them work.

Is this the same for everyone, or am i using a wrong browswer/looking in the wrong place etc.

Where can I find the banner? This should be basic. Maybe it is!

Seeing the same as you (using chrome), only 3 showing thumbnails and the rest are blank & if you publish one then there's no image - perhaps they're updating the back end right now, can't say I've noticed that before.

Affiliate backends are always full of outdated stuff and makes life really difficult to find the latest tracking codes.

But if we had outdated promos, offers on our sites then they would hound us to change it or even close our accounts.

Too true! In some cases you can request custom banners though but you'd expect everything to be in the dash anyway

Yes nothing from Coral since 5th and Ladbrokes stalled last few days too.

All income access stats seem to be stalled since 5 May.

Oh good, it is not just me then. All these programs that use this software, has anyone been informed of an issue?
Or is it quietly swept under the floorboards as per usual?

Personally I'm seeing the following stats:

Coral: 1st - 5th May inclusive, nothing since that date
Ladbrokes: 1st-11th May inclusive, nothing since that date

BetVictor is complete for me 1st-15th May.

Coral no up to date. Ladbrokes still blank from the 12th onwards.
