Is this correct? So there is no commission?

We think it is a bit strange that there is not much information about Casino GGR, casino wins, cash outs, etc.
- 2 players both made a FTD - combined FTD was 700
- 1 of those players made an additional deposit, which going on the above was 700
- So total deposits made were 1400
- There's no reported action, nor withdrawal on these players.
- Yet somehow or other the NGR (net gaming revenue) is negative -140.00
That's about as clear as mud, and I too would be raising a ticket/email with my AM.

Thanks for reply! Do you think it smells *Burnt* or something?
There are no particular activities registered other than NGR.

For me the stats look strange and not sufficient.
Just NGR says, nothing.
I.e bet365 or My Affiliates back-office have better stats.
Your AM could be of a help.
Just an advice, if this is not your best Aff. program, just beware from such aff. stats.
Either way , you can ask the program or your AM to add more stats and tools in order things to be more clear.

Thanks for reply ! We have sent an e-mail to aff. manager and refer this forum post so they understand what we are trying to convey to them.
Out of respect and speculation, we have omitted to mention the casino on the forum, thinking it is fair.
It is strange that NGR is present even though no bets / wins are shown. Don't know what brand this is but the screenshot only shows casino commission, perhaps the negative GGR comes from sportsbook?
This resolved itself. Supplier error. Sportsbook was not included.
Thanks everyone.
