    Default CPM?

    If I'm buying traffic thats states $1.00 CPM up to 10,000 whgat does this mean? Cost Per????

    CPM = cost per 1000 impressions. So, in your case, $10 will buy you 10,000 impression.

    Yeah, CPM can be okay. Try to consider how well your banner will perform, though. If you know from experience that the banner will score a good CTR (click through rate) then CPM is good. If you think the banner will not get many clicks, then try to advertise on a CPC (cost per click) basis.
