    Default Crypto Casinos

In how many years do you think all casinos would become 100% cryptocurrency? Or do you think is ever gonna happen?

Crypto is still a niche - perhaps 5% of gamblers have it.
So if a casino goes 100% crypto they are REALLY limiting their possible market.

If a central bank issued digital currency is ever issued (aka govt "stablecoin") then it's possible.

My total depsoit (in amounts not players) accounts for around 8%.. still a long way to go if it ever gets there, But it is getting harder for processing with many ewallets and CC suppliers moving out

I believe it will happen at some point in time and hopefully in the not too distant future. Cryptocurrency has come a long way since its initiation over a decade ago (2009). Businesses, investors and society are slowly accepting it into modern life.

I think there will always be use for money, I do not think 100% crypto will ever be achieved (as awesome as that would be), I'm a strong BTC believer but looks like both systems can co exist.

I don't think you'll ever see 100% crypto, not unless it replaces fiat currency generally. There's no motivation for players in countries with regulated gambling to use crypto for it as it's just as easy (or rather, easier) to use a debit card or paypal or whatever.

I imagine that any CBDCs will not be allowed to be used with online casino operators. Or anything else the government deems it does not want "good citizens" taking part in.

The noose will tighten on your freedoms.

CBDC will be useful for **** you don't mind being tracked, like toilet paper purchases, which incidentally will be what the value of all fiat currency ultimately amounts to... toilet paper.

I'm not sure all casinos would become 100% cryptocurrency. But I think the big market part will be captured by them. It could be 50% I guess. Now it's not that popular.

    You are totally right!

I do imagine crypto currency domaining the world in about 40 years. Let's wait till then and see what happens lol

You are right, but in my personal opinion, is hard now because everything new moves slow until it gets to be 100% functional. I think it will get there eventually. If I had to guess, I would say 80% of the Cxs in 30 years xD

There you go! You and I could be good friends haha! Crypto is the future $$$$$$

Totally correct! Both systems will always exist (unless we are in year 2300, but I don't think earth would resist us until then) I just hope that dark horse doesn't catch me because that's scary lol

True, because those are the common methods known by everyone. Crypto will get more popular at some point. But you are 100% right!

Crypto is super niche still, not just in igaming. Blockchain and cryptocurrency will become much more mainstream eventually but be prepared to be patient.

with this unstable exchange rate, crypto casinos are not very relevant yet. If you only create your own token. Maybe I'm wrong, tell me

A generation is a long time. For the children today who grow up with crypto (and iphones that are x times faster than NASA used to take men to the moon and back), things will be different. But that will take a lot of slow, regulatory change. Laws will slowly be passed in small countries, then liberal states, then the majority of people will see that the sky isn't falling, there'll be 80-90% approval, conservatives will still block any progress, it will go to a vote, and fail because of fake news, lies, manipulation of the public through the media, and then after another generation or so, if crypto is still around, it will be so regulated that it isn't what we think of today as crypto.

So yeah, it'll happen, but not how you think it will. IMO of course.

I know from experience that there are many operators in Poland and Spain that accept bitcoin and other crypto payments. All of them don't work legally in those markets. I don't think that legal casinos will accept these forms of payment.

It shows growth, however, there is a still way to go. But, of course, this is the niche which cannot be ignored anymore.

i believe in future more and more crypto casinos will arise.
some of them might vanish soon due to lack of business management but in general i see a huge growth in Crypto Casino Players in the near future.
Stake, Roobet... are doing a pretty good job

Obviously crypto gambling is popular at the moment and it's expected to grow in upcoming year.

I'm curious about betting markets' (e.g. Polymarket) future. There isn't many options to play and place sportsbets without KYC.

With El Salvador making Bitcoin legal tender, I'd imagine there are quite a few countries keeping close eye to see how it works out.

If successful, maybe more countries will look at rolling it out, but running out parallel to the "official" currency, but for our 100% Bitcoin, I wouldn't expect that for at least another 10 years.

I mean, the Euro is a good example. The Euro started out as an e-currency back in 99' and took almost 3 years to become real legal tender cash.

So we know it's possible, but that took a lot of cooperation between countries, votes etc.

I believe that 100% of casinos will be dealing with virtual currencies in the future.

This is because I believe that virtual currency will replace legal tender in the future.

When I watch the news, I can see the background of the developed countries denying the use of virtual currencies and the developing countries welcoming them.
