Welcome back Connie,
The food truck business is a difficult one on some cities in the US so I don't envy the amount of work that must have been.
Although I was never directly involved in one, I had a friend that was in the Philadelphia area and many of the stories he has told me were quite interesting.

The food truck business was an investment for somebody else to operate it but didn't work out. I will never ever tough that will work in a food truck

I heard you can make decent money in the food truck business but boy do you earn it... It's like you're constantly working and never get a chance to come up for air.

It is a very lucrative business if you are in the food industry
but not for me. I had to hire a few people to help me around and it was never enough.
