Deck Media having Billing System Bugs - Payments wont be made in coming days

Hi All,

Just in case other affiliates rely on getting their payments from Deck Media between the 1st - 4th of the month.

Partner just told me that they appear to be having issues with their invoice system, so affiliate payments wont be made in the coming days.

I know their website states the 15th, but for the past 24 months they have always had it paid within the first couple of days. Just wanted to let other affiliates know who rely on it coming early in the month.

Reason they gave is their new update to their systems has bugs.

Thanks for the follow up, I wonder if other programs are experiencing similar issues.

I know the first day or 2 after the myaffiliates last update I would see an error about the payment, at login only on the main dashboard page, or amount or something not reading correct, (do not recall exact wording of the error) but it looked like other stats were accurate. I had assumed it was just an issue displaying something in the dashboard incorrectly.

Hopefully it is just a case of something not mapping over correctly and will not affect anyone too badly??

Deckmedia Affiliates and Total Affiliates are good, trustworthy and decent casino affiliate programs to work with. Hopefully, they have this issue resolved very soon and without further delay.

Still no payment, in the stats it says pending so hopefully might be today will let you know.

Thanks for reporting again on this Jamie.

I heard from one member privately that it appears the issue is also fixed at Total affiliates, and that the forwarded balance has been added in correctly and their status shows as paid.

Does look like it was initially just something simple.

Odd ours is still showing pending. It updated last night went from pending to approved then back to pending...
