Hi - anyone know why some partners show these and others not? I'm trying to get deps added to Calzone Casino affiliate account. Frustrating if they dont' show.

That's certainly unusual. I'm guessing that possibly they either have errors with their systems, or they just don't see the need to display this column. In any case, this has never been an issue for me because I can always see my deposits stats.
Have you made an enquiry regarding this issue yet?

Just seen another post on this seems quite common. Will update when they come back to me on my request to add deps. For me its important. Ngr determines commission but its down to luck of the player. Deps is a solid stat.

FYI - this was fixed - Anthon at Calzone had deps added to the report.

Casinos have the opportunity to opt out. It says everything about a brand if they do. Annoying one-minute-login rules and fancy, but annoying dashboardisplays seem to be more important for Netrefer than transparency.
Agreed. At least they added it in when i asked! You def have to have deps as a measure of value to.help do your job. Ggr would be nice too but little chance of that now!

Yep, it's always good to hear if brands are being as transparent as possible.
Deposits are essential information for me, further every parameter that has effect on commission is relevant. To me it seems that some programs try to hide it because of their admin fees and/or poor retention.

Yea i think the drop from ggr to ngr due to costs is not somethimg operators are keen on showing. Itll only get bigger when poc tax goes up!

Yes. Even if you ask many operators dodge around the exact costs. And many affiliate managers simply don't know as they're interested only in gross commission % and ftd's.
It's essential information to be able to compare and make decisions. 50% at one program can mean 20% net, while at other programs 40% gross means 30% net.
At one program - in a regulated market - everything is shown clear. They deduct about 50% before they calculate the commission of which they deduct 21% vat, no matter where you're based.
Some will add the bracket if you ask, usually the ones that refuse to show deposits are the worst paying, some as low as 5% real value commissions
