Well.. you don't request.. It's there in the Payment section.. You just print, sign and scan.. I have no complaints on that.. They don't ask from you insane things..

Well there's another slightly easier way. Since I am not sure if manager does it just for me, PM me if you wanna hear about it. This way you can ask your manager if that's fine.
