GPWA Newsletter - help wanted!
Hello all -
First off, thank you for helping our staff so much when we come to you with these types of issues. I have enjoyed working with the GPWA membership and found it to be a rewarding/learning experience.
The Newsletter
This is one of the primary ways we communicate with the membership. The editorial team (me, snooptodd, and vinism) put this thing together and we are constantly looking for ways to improve it. To celebrate our 30th newsletter
...we are looking to the GPWA community for help.
Recent additions
If you look at this week's newsletter, we've added a couple things we think you'll enjoy...
1.) Rebecca Liggero - everyone's favorite Casino City account manager knows everyone in the industry....including most of you. She will be writing for us on a regular basis, sharing inside idustry information and giving leads on promotional activities ect...
2.) Buzzy's world - The Buzz is our way of breaking industry information to our members before our reporters get a chance to dig for detailed information. We hired the buzz to be nosy and we want to share his/her efforts with you each week.
What we need from you
The good and the bad - what do you like about the newsletter, and what would you like to see more of...conversely, what isn't that great and what things should we get rid of...
Thanks for all your help...

Your newsletter is great. I actually read through it and believe me, I don't do that. Most newsletters I just glance at them and usually either save it to read later (which I never do) or delete it. Yours is great and I look forward to reading each issue.

I always read the newsletter and you always do a great job. Sometimes I had missed something that's highlighted. I wouldn't get rid of anything.
For my suggestion..
There is a spot on the right side that would fit a highlight of the active member/affiliate manager of the month with maybe a link for them and the thread quite nicely.

The activity at GPWA has picked up to the point where I just can't read every post in every thread. I am a busy guy. My favorite parts of the newsletter are the bits that summarize important discussions or key bits of industry news.
