Fan Duel and Draft Kings proposed a new category of regulation and license fees that would help Nevada join 41 other states where the practice is up and running. You may remember that Nevada determined last fall that daily fantasy sports sites qualified as "gambling" and said they could not operate without a license.

Meanwhile, USFantasy Sports will launch a "pari-mutuel" DFS format in Nevada next week that its CEO Bob Kocienski explained is like horse racing, but replacing the horses with professional athletes. Kocienski also took a shot at the other DFS operators concerning regulation:
