Default Dial Marketing Request - Real??

Has anyone else received a similar e-mail? First time ever having such a request and sounds a bit sketchy. Particularly with the spelling mistakes. Not keen on opening any attachments.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Please take into account that this is a kind reminder, asking you to confirm the balance written in the attached document, as at 31 December 2019, is correct.

If the amount agrees with your records, please sign the attached confirmation letter.

The original signed documents shall be sent to Deloitte, where you can find the address in the attached file, that has been already sent above. Could you please send me a scan of the signed document? We would like to kindly ask you to send the confirmation as soon as possible.

Please note that this is important for us, since we need to suggmit t to ur auditors, Deloitte.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best Regards,

Sounds like a fraudulent email to me and I definitely wouldn't want to be opening any attachments either. You might regret it later if you do.
