Direct Emaling

I would suggest to add an option of emailing directly.
As sometimes happens that users do not visit the forum very often or there is a bug in the instant emailing option when the PM arrives.

by the way, I don't say I have already had problems with GPWA, but I assume this option of direct emailing would make the communication easier
