Disavow Links File

I have 377 domains linking to my website of which probably 80% of them are spammy links where people have either copied my website content or someone is posting to crappy blogs and linking to my website in the signature. I have been submitting a disavow file for a good while now but have only been adding the domains where there are a lot of links, mostly 10+ just because of the amount of work it takes to list all the sites.

I just updated my disavow file again but with only 15 domains and it took me close to an hour. If I went through and checked every link to try to determine if it should stay or be blocked and then manually type the info in it would takes hours upon hours.

Anyone have an easy way of creating a disavow file so it doesn't take hours to complete? Some websites bigger than mine probably have thousands of links pointing them and I cant think they sit there and type in the information domain by domain. I hate to even think of sitting here all day creating a disavow file but I guess I will have to if noone has any quick ideas. Since these spammy links have been getting worse I can see some of my search results fading and I am blaming it on these links (I hope so anyway).

I have used it and it worked very well. Now I just update my files when I get hit with meg Seo.

I did go ahead and use it as well. I am hoping I see good results. Took some time to determine which links to disavow but now that it is done it should be easy to update. I personally erred on the side of leaving the link. I may have missed some but I didn't want to take away to many links that may have actually been good.

They have a ton of other tools. One is really good to help find non toxic backlinks and good places to advertise.

Its a nice SEO Suite with lot of tools. I booked it from time to time to clean my link structure and generate a disavow file fitted for google webmaster tools!
