Exclamation What's the best way to make a casino comparison site?

I've always made sites on the DataLife engine, but today I decided to switch to WordPress. I figured out how to optimize WordPress, but what's the best way to make the table itself? Found a plugin Wp iGaming, anyone have dealt with it? Do anyone have any experience with it?

And the second question, what do you make your sites on?

The BEST way or the easiest way many use?

One of the best ways is possibly a custom post type and then a shorcode to call it on a page.
Another way is a custom shortcode that calls data from custom fields, possibly from the fields added to casino review pages.
Also using a custom block which is similar to the above suggestions.

Tables are pretty much just html elements, so you could just write them, although the above methods are more dynamic.

A slower way is to keep adding plugins and use something like you suggested or maybe
table press, wpdatatables, ninja tables, or any number of hundreds of table plugins you see on a quick search. Make sure any of the choices have been updated in recent months or at least less than forever, have a lot of installs, and not a lot of support complaints that seem to go unanswered.

Always remember the least amount of plugins you use the better, so if you decide to use a plugin, do not use overlapping plugins.

Additional suggestions by performing some searches here at the gpwa (likely others as it gets asked all the time)

Mercury theme seems to be one of the most popular casino themes around.

Mercury is nice, Flytonic, Poka is also nice. Dinomatic comes off the best, I think.

However, all of them are already in too many sites. I think I've seen hundreds of sites on the Mercury or Poka theme.

It's better to do a non-standard design, if our sites are going to be a serious business they should stand out from thousands of identical sites. This will allow the user to remember and perhaps stay longer on our site.

Non-standard design does not equal higher cost. Of course it may be so, but all we need is a blank theme, a blank page, such as Hello Elementor and we can design our site ourselves.

The easy and more common way: Use one of the plugins mentioned. They have been extensively tested and serve their purpose.

The best way (in my opinion): Sketch out what you want on paper or create a rough design using any program, and try to replicate it in a blank theme. It may take more time initially, but it's something you can duplicate and edit later. The final result will reflect your personal style and make your website stand out among the rest.

I agree. I can now spot a flytonic or mercury theme as soon as I see it.

I have been using Generatepress and Pokatheme mostly.

I'd highly recommend people to start with Generatepress as it's soooo lightweight and easy to use.
