Do most Affiliate Programs that you promote pay your ACH Fee's

Hi Everyone just a bit curious, I have a few casino's programs, that I promote that pay me by check, or ACH, OR Wire transfer.
they never take the fee out of my commission I make.

but, I just recently made enough commission from a certain very reputable casino group, that didn't pay the $39 ACH Fee, and therefore it was deducted from my commission.... so, just when I think I'm' making 30% commission I'm really not.

just wondering about this, as I have not been an affiliate for a very long time. is this standard procedure

We get our commissions either by wire, Moneybookers or directly to a credit card. AFAIK all the wire transfer fees are paid by the affiliate programs.

I'd say most of the time when you are collecting your winnigs you cover the transfer fees when involved. When dealing with bank wires the bank will charge a fee to make the transaction and when dealing with cashier check you are not actually payig for the check but the carrier fee such as Fedex or DHL.
