Do you have a gambling problem or know someone with a problem?

I have a gambling problem guide that discusses where people with gambling addictions can go.

I think more affiliates and gambling programs should have more links to these resources.

A quick recap of some resources:

I voted No, but unfortunately know of quite a few people who do or did have a gambling problem. My brother recently committed suicide and whilst he was having other problems - such as a messy divorce etc - the gambling was a contributor to his feelings of hopelessness and despair.
It was the 1st time in 10 years that I seriously considered changing my line of work / income source , but unfortunately that would have meant putting quite a few people out of a job, which is all that prevented me.
I often have mixed feelings when I see a player lose a lot of money as I wonder whether they can afford it, or whether their family is going to have food on the table that evening. The best we can do as affiliates is to at least ensure the players are playing at reputable casinos and also make them aware of the facilitites available to them if they feel they have a gambling problem.
Over the years I have received many requests from players to get their accounts blocked at the various casinos and I always honour their request and ensure the casino in question complies.I don't believe in earning money at all costs.
We have to take the good with the bad in this industry.

I'm very sorry to hear that.

It definitely is an issue for affiliates but I don't see too many of them that add emphasis on this part of the business and think this is very important.

A long time ago I used to work with a guy who was fired after being caught stealing from the till to play the slots in the pub next door. That was kinda sad.
