Exclamation Do You Promote Brands With Bad Support

We all can read on this forum that many members have trouble getting brands to reply.

Or you want to promote some brand but read here that members chasing them to reply or pay commission for months.

Do you still go through and register to promote such brands because they give high commission deals?

Or you say to yourself - if they don't bother to reply current affiliates, then it's waste of my time to promote such brands?

If an affiliate program can not manage it to reply after max 48h, then we think not even 1 second to promote them. And if the forums are full that they don't pay or often to late, then it can bring only trouble and better to avoid them to make your life more easy.

Agree with others. Getting paid on time compensates for bad support.

Usually a normal affiliate program should be able to do both. But the reality shows us often that it is not so

Most weird when brand chase you to start promoting them. But later becomes unresponsive when they should pay you first commission.

True. In the beginning a lot of affiliate programs do and promise a lot. As long as they get good traffic all is fine(most of the time). But if you bring a bit less traffic, the problems start.

Timely payments are far more important to me than good support, some brands can take days/weeks to reply. I do agree with you Jambo and it is something I have noticed before, when you're sending lots of players they can't do enough for you, but once that drops off then so does their interest in you.

Sometimes it is better bad support but good payouts, then otherwise...

It certainly is a double edged sword. If we perform well and they payout we will promote and try to intervene with players that contact us with a problem. For those that we do not perform well and support is bad will quickly be rated lower and not recommended.

While programs with tardy response times do annoy me, like others have said, if they pay promptly, and on time in accordance to their T&C's, then, unless something is urgent, I don't get too upset.

However, all that is a moot point if their casino(s) are taking days to respond to players, or... support given to players, is cr#pola. Same goes with payments. If players are jumping hoops to be paid, regardless if the program pays affiliates on time etc., I refuse to promote these casinos.
