I sold 3 websites on flippa(average price). If your website making good revenue/ getting good hits/ Less bounce rate/ Authority site then it can easily be sold on flippa.

Flippa is great first option when you want to sale or buy a website but there is a lot of junk and spam so you must be careful.

Most of the times sellers do not provide actual information and chances are that blogs get penalyzed by Google updates after buying. Some of my friends are suffering from the same.
