Question Do you work with more or fewer affiliate programs than a year ago?

There are good arguments for working with a small number of select affiliate programs. And there are good arguments for diversifying and working with a larger number of affiliate programs.

The tradeoffs evolve as affiliate programs evolve, and the right strategy historically might not be the right strategy today. New affiliate programs are starting all the time, some that last and some that don't. And programs that were once good sometimes disappear or are not as good to work with as they once were.

For today's poll I ask how the number of affiliate programs you work with today compares with the number of programs you worked with a year ago.

Besides voting in the poll, please share the reason for any change. And also share what changes you expect to make in the future and why.

I was thinking about this today because a group of us met this morning to discuss the affiliate programs Casino City works with, and there was a view that we should reduce the number of programs significantly from the very large number of programs we work with today, a number of which are not generating enough revenue to justify an ongoing relationship.

I'm still working with the same number of casino affiliate programs that I was working with a year ago, but I'm making considerably less money now.

The last year's been fairly static with a net increase of 1 program overall.

I’m working with roughly the same number of affiliate programs, and I’d prefer to keep it that way as long as it remains economically viable.

I work with more casinos than a year ago, but lately I’ve been using affiliate networks more to save time.

For me, numbers-wise, it is sort of the same, although brands and affiliate programs come and go, so there's a few programs that I am consistently working with for more than 2 years.

We try to keep the number about the same. We cut/add new programs on a monthly or quarterly basis.

It's more important to work with trustworthy partners that pay on time with brands that consistently deliver good results. Quality over quantity.

Working with many more than last year and not slowing down. With over 2500 integrations in StatsDrone we need to work with many. Managing 2500 is a challenge some days with some.

We work with 4-5 less now than a year ago . It is tough to find decent programs that do not have quotas , NCO etc .

We work with some more programs compared to a year ago. We always try to add new casinos and sportsbooks to stay up to date. Also some programs have quit but overall its a positive trend.

As we entered new markets recently, we work with more programs. Just I would appriciate clearer communication from Aff managers. Sometimes it´s crazy to convince them to reply on a new registration in their program

This is always a problem, especially for big programs with different managers by country. Registrations often get lost or forgotten.
