Automatic or Manual articles update?!

Hi there, i've always been wondering how do webmasters update their articles on a daily or weekly basis?
There is any automatic way, a plugin that does the job, on updating articles and pages or they manually go over everything and add fresh content?
I doubt on the second one because I dont think there is enough time to go over everything and update the content.

It is a repetitive work task. I do it manually. I don’t know if there is any automatic plugin that could help you. Some of my webmaster friends use VAs for these tasks.

If you have many domains, you can use zebroid. But only WordPress sites.
