OnlineCasino.com with those stats would be worth a hell of a lot more than MyAwesomeBestCasino.com with the same stats.

Without saying the domain name its impossible for anyone to give you an idea.

HEY Without the actual domain to know target market and see the actual site its hard to tell; does the site have local TLD backlinks? does the site have content and structure? Does it have any rankings ? How old is the domain? where is it hosted ? I think I would want all this info to know the value of the site because it would help buyer know also how muchhe/ she needs to invest in the site

You haven't really give us any meaningful stats to be able to provide you with even a rough value. It could be a crap domain name with poor content, in which case it's probably not worth anything more then the domain fee. If the domains got some good content, then maybe upwards of $500, but it depends on the content, traffic and many other variables. PM me the domain name if you want and i'll take a look.

That's higher than I would have said.... if that were a serious offer I could easily register a domain for $1 on a 'first year discount' type deal and then chuck links at it from a PBN to mirror the stats and make $29 profit.

Btw, OP I'm not saying you're trying to scam anyone so don't take it the wrong way, just saying that even $30 is too much when no info is known about the domain.

You can break it down into steps:

The overall DA/TF are on lower end of the scale so based on that, very low thousand $ range
Depending on the backlink profile and the quality of the links could add a little bit more

The website design and content could if its good quality, could add a few more k

Final thing and most crucial is the rankings, the keywords, average position and the geos they are ranking in could add significantly to the price.
