I am surprised how well a few of them are doing with some keywords and wonder why this many duplicate sites rank at all.

Surprising thing for me was that some of these names are really good and are bound to get some type-in traffic. You would think it would be better to put up a unique site that was more tailored for the keywords in the name.

Well, if you take a look at the spammy techniques the person is using in the meta tags, you will get an idea for how this person plans on marketing.

I hate duplicate sites and won't even visit one. I would rather scroll through 5 pages of google results to find a unique page. I also detest "spammy keywords", which is how most sites like these get high rankings to begin with. Google needs to update their software!
