e-mail bouncing

I've signed up as a new player at GR88. I received a welcome e-mail (yay!) but replying to the addy caused a bounce (boo!). The address I was welcomed from is register@Gr88.com and the welcome e-mail did include another address I could use, but I think it's worth you sending mails from an address that can be replied to, or making it clear in the welcome e-mail that replying won't work.

Also, what hours is the Live Chat working?

Hey mate, thanks for notifying us.

The email error is by our platform provider - all emails are supposed to be sent from support@gr88.com which players can reply to. This has been fixed. We have also made register@gr88.com work.

In Barcelona at the moment, I'll get the CS schedule from head of CS and confirm, but I believe CS is meant to be available 24/7.
