    Default Editing Code Before <head>??

This code appears before the <head> tag

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html><html dir="ltr"version="XHTML+RDFa 1.0"xml:lang="en"xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
    How do I modify it?

In case you're wondering, I want to:

    A) change the w3.org link to https
    B) add lang=en

I just don't know where this code is generated and I'm having no luck with searches.

Just a guess, but likely in one of the template files itself.

Thanks Rick. I had checked a couple of them but it turns out it was all the way back in a higher directory template file rather than in the local theme.

FWIW, html validator said that "https" was not allowed and all should point to http
