Email filtering issues

Hi all

Just a heads up that we have recently re-routed our email through a new "spam" filtering service and as a result a bunch of legitimate emails from affiliates have been getting blocked.

If you've emailed us in the last month and haven't heard back, please hit us up on skype and let us know.
I'm trying to get my email admin to rectify the situation (IMO nothing should be getting blocked unless it contains something malicious - we should be doing our own spam filtering) but it is proving a bit difficult.
