Default Email received about asking me to review my Website URL

    Hi guys,

Did you also received an email from bet365 today?

Is new year's day and I received an email for asking me about my website URL's. But my account is not active for years, I just received commission.

Also, I logged into my account and I got a new pop up with this title "There could be a problem with your account", telling me to review my URL's and Compliance regions associated with my account.

    Do you also received this?

I'm in the same situation as you. Since around 2018, after promotion was no longer allowed, there hasn't been any mention of URL issues. I just received this information as well, which makes me a bit concerned.

Same here. Not promoting bet365 since 2018 I believe. Now this e-mail and the notification in the affiliate system. Do we just reply to the e-mail? Maybe a bet365 rep here can clarify.

    Hi everyone,

Sorry about this as the system has sent this out to literally all partners and so if you are not an active partner currently, please disregard this email and close the notification, your account should then be accessible as normal.

    Apologies for any confusion.

    Thanks,
    Abbie

Anyone know what the exclusion criteria was/is... i see sites listing bet365 bingo for example that i can't figure why they made the cut and ours didn't.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your messages!

If you'd like to email your details and assets over to marketinggeneral@bet365.com I can look into this further for you.

    Thanks,
    Abbie

    Hi,

Is anyone experiencing problems logging into their account? Since yesterday I haven't been able to login. I have a closed account but can only withdraw commissions.

So for those of us who are not active partners, will the popup message ever be removed or do we have to click it every time we login? Rather than just being presented with the dashboard.

These are their instructions to get rid of it (it worked for me):

We have asked for this pop-up to be disabled but in the meantime, partners will need to confirm the compliance details in their accounts by completing the following steps:

Go to My Account > Account Details > Select Edit
    (alongside where it says "website"):

Enter password in Confirm Password and Confirm Changes (whether any changes are made or not)
(NOTE: IN MY CASE I MADE NO CHANGES):

This should stop the pop-up appear next time that they log into their account.

Thanks. Unfortunately I don't have an edit link next to the website compliance area. I tried all the other edit links and they accepted and saved as expected. Not sure if it's because I only have one URL and something weird going on there and not displaying the edit link.

So I guess I have to wait for Abbie to make an appearance again.
