Energy Partners No Response to Emails

I have been promoting Energy Casino for years and get the odd players every now and again but due to this they seem to have me on 10%, however when I send emails to them to enter into discussions to increase exposure for a higher commission rate, I never get a response.
I am now about ready to pull them but before I do, does anyone here work with them, see any decent results? and more importantly, do they respond via email?
