Entain Partners - Delivery has failed to support@entainpartners.com

Hi everyone,

I need help to contact Entain partners with a Supplier Form they needed. I have sent them a mail, (they suggested support@entainpartners.com). However, it says the following when mailed:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: support@entainpartners
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Please try resending the message later.

I need an option to reach out to them.

It was working week ago when I sent my docs. Anyway, try sending to compliance@... instead to support@... , final reply about the decision came from there

Actually she said for suppliers Compliance@entainpartners.com is the correct email. Nik0 you were spot on, thanks.

Thanks for your replies. I want to inform a successful update.

The email to support@entainpartners apparently arrived. It appears that the recipient is Compliance@entainpartners.com However, I think it could be a good idea to send to both mail addresses when sending docs.

in your personal account of the affiliate program, you can directly contact your manager, if this does not work out either. then they have a chat or a feedback form on their website

While some time using the messaging system inside the affiliate interface might be a contact option, ALL Affiliate programs should furnish all affiliates an email address that works, for any support related contact.

And they should make sure to fix any and all false positive messages (if any) of bounce reports even if they are getting the messages.
